Cleaning
Hand-wash blades with warm water and mild soap after each use. Avoid the dishwasher, which can dull edges and damage handles.
Drying
Dry thoroughly with a soft cloth immediately after washing to prevent spotting and corrosion — especially after saltwater use.
Storage
Store in the provided sheath or a dry place, with blades separated to protect the edge.
Sharpening
Use a sharpening stone or the included sharpener at the original blade angle to keep a keen edge.
Rust prevention
For long-term storage, wipe the blade with a light coat of food-safe mineral oil.
