Refund policy

Returns

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. For safety, used or sharpened blades cannot be returned unless they arrived defective.

Manufacturer warranty

As the manufacturer, Atisen warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship. If a product fails under normal use, contact us with your order number and we will repair or replace it.

How to start a return

Email hkjenholtd2@gmail.com with your order number and reason. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Age and compliance

You must be 18 or older to purchase knives. We cannot ship automatic/switchblade or other restricted blades to jurisdictions where they are prohibited by law; such orders may be cancelled and refunded.
