What are the shipping & delivery costs?
Shipping is quoted per order based on quantity, weight and destination. In-stock lines ship from our US warehouse in Chino, CA.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank / wire transfer and major credit cards. Payment terms are available for established accounts.
How do logo & packaging customization work?
We offer screen-print, laser etching and embroidered branding, plus printed sleeves, blister cards and gift boxes. Minimum quantities vary by method — ask us for details.
Do you accept returns on custom orders?
Custom and OEM orders are produced to your specification and are non-returnable unless they arrive defective.
